In addition to metal punching and bending press tools, we also use, for example, plywood and polyurethane in our production to offer the best quality for products made of painted materials.
We approach each customer individually and find the best solution according to their wishes and budget.
Product Development
Product design, 3D visualisation and preparation of technical drawings.
Prototyping
Making product samples, 3D printing and preparing products for mass production.
Sheet Metal Cutting and Punching
Precise cutting and punching of parts with our Finn-Power E5 turret punch press.
Sheet Metal Bending
Bending sheet metal parts to exact dimensions and the required shape, using our CoastOne900 and CoastOne3000 press brakes.
Sheet Metal Processing
Manual and mechanical processing, including beading and roll forming.
Assembly and Joining
Joining parts with rivets, rivet nuts and spot welding.
Machinery
A wide range of specialised small machines and tools for efficient production and special procedures (sikke-machine; spot welding; automatic pallet foiler; custom bending tools, etc.).

Metailor OÜ acquired the business and machinery of KCS Metal Solutions OÜ in August 2024. We have more than 15 years of experience in the production of metal accessories for modular chimneys.

In addition to Estonia, we export finished products to Finland, Sweden, Norway and Czech Republic
